Operation Amber: Help The Homeless was birthed due to Edmonton's high homeless rate.
One cold December Evening, a lady appeared from under a blanket and said 'I'm Amber.' I got her a few items to help her stay warm and spoke with her. She lives on the streets and goes from bin to bin (garbage) finding recyclables, metals and other items for income. She is soft spoken and survives on her own.

Strength in numbers is a key attribute to becoming a stronger community! Our solution is building and obtaining resources such as property, shelter and education.
Inflation, depression and anxiety are sources of homelessness. These 'symptoms' go hand in hand. We will purchase property (rent rooms according to budget) to provide shelter to people in need. Ideally, a vacant property for the ones who choose to live outdoors and perhaps another 2 (houses) to group people for easier solution based strategies. We will assist them with documents, clothing , food and job search.
